Sure you do, that's what 'sending them to the moon' meant suggesting that Ariad silence would be the end of it.

I applaud those that have CONFIRMED they have sent emails. They are taking action instead of just posting here. I presume you haven't yet. Just posting complaints here is an activity of learning perhaps or therapy of sorts, but as regards getting Ariad itself to do anything, really useless.

I guarantee you Ariad BoD will be discussing their next move at length. If they don't answer the 'demand' for answers, that would open them to a derivative suit. As a Delaware corp., Delaware makes derivative suits too difficult to pursue. So that means a civil suit, for which I think there will be interest. If the BoD fail, charges if found valid would preclude those BoD members not only liable, but preclude them from ever holding a BoD position. That could include Denner.

I'm done paying those useless, doing-harm-i.e.-worse-than-nothing sycophants with our money.

Don't think Denners's not aware.

The BoD overpaid themselves and the CEO, they breached their fiduciary responsibilities, they doctored their records and coerced and bought off their accuser...I want THE TRUTH!!!
