The last information provided by the company was on September 8th when they announced, through an 8K, hiring a new auditor.

2 1/2 months is plenty of time to complete an audit even if they are going back a number of quarters and possibly making restatements.

There is a good possibility that the company can't be audited, or they can't afford to pay for it.
