Do you mean beneficial shareholders or insiders? Because Christopher Margait and Letteno Food Corp c/o John A. Pinheiro hold 53.5% of shares.

Shareholders just refer to anyone owning any amount of shares.

Anyways, with nothing else to go on, because I couldn't find the float listed anywhere, it looks like the float could be as much as 520,867,849. But since they are only required to list shareholders that own more than 10%, I don't know if there are other restricted shares outside the float.
