So did I, Sol. It's like a disease--after just about every paycheck I siphon some off and send it to the brokereage house, then wait the obligatory 3 days and buy more. I did sell some a couple of years back which financed a trip to Mexico for my wife and me, but later bought them all back plus more when the price dropped. Took a big hit at tax time and I won't be doing that again anytime soon. That was my one experiment with timing the market, and for some unknown reason it kinda sorta worked out, due totally to blind luck rather than any financial acumen on my part.
But I do think it's a good idea to have a backup plan--If Sigma Labs doesn't hit it big, mine is to be a greeter at Walmart, or maybe drive for Uber.
