Well, it's a scam for sure, but it isn't a cryptocurrency or bitcoin related scam, simply a fake investment.
It's highly unlikely that any cryptocurrency user would fall for this as it doesn't meet any of the criteria to be considered an altcoin or virtual currency.
All altcoins and virtual currencies have one thing in common - a decentralised blockchain, that is searchable, public and above all incorruptible.
In this case, no blockchain means it is just a fiction, and even with a blockchain, there were over 3000 altcoins at one point, that were for all intents and purposes simply a 'bubblegum card' playground kind of market.
There really are only 2 credible virtual currencies right now.
Bitcoin IS the cryptocurrency investment, followed by Litecoin and a load of 'also rans'
