Actually, I was under the impression that they were going to partner with someone on that and wouldn't necessarily start from scratch as in having to build or outfit a new building. Naturally it would make more sense economically to lease a suitable facility, that is unless he can get land and build for dirt cheap. If he can partner with someone that has a suitable facility that would not take much to adapt to AMMX's purposes of doing the warranty service work and maintenance and or refurb work that they do in Chico, that would be ideal, it just has to be large eough for them to do the work and to have place to display new and used equipment, but I don't know about how the dealership for the Canadian military vehicles would fit in there, perhaps a separate dealership facility for those would be necessary.
