Some brokerages prohibit "market orders" on pinkies.

Actually I don't know of any who do permit this, and the reason is to prevent amateur investors from getting caught by drastic fluctuations on thinly thinly traded, volatile penny stocks. For the same reason many also prohibit "Stop" orders on these stocks.

Obviously CAPC is such a stock.

(Anybody know if their broker allows such trades on pennies?)
