That's a fair comment and is based on the information contained in the last 10K.

Whilst we don't have any financials from this financial year YET, I'm making an assumption given that there have been no new lawsuits filed to my knowledge and the planned acquisition went ahead with effect from 1st July.

I doubt that would have went ahead if there were serious problems.

Just because we don't have financials doesn't mean that the company isn't generating revenue, just that we're all in the dark about how much revenue...
