I think you are missing the fact that they do not need to pay off the debt with conversions, just stay in business until sales are profitable which could be soon.

Also the stock is trading .0001 are the buys, last trade was actually a sell at .00005.

I know its all stupid numbers and everyone hates this guy perhaps but there is something to be said for survival skills. They just had their best quarter no? inventory includes 1000 done units. More bigger projects going and one lucky break, one investor and this is an easy situation to turn around.

Currently there is a stock on the venture selling for a market cap of 38 million with negative equity of 15 million, another selling for 4 million with negative equity of a few million.

The shell alone is worth 5-6 million.
