They are made by virtually every OTC stock. It is simply an accounting of trades made, that hadn't been reported or accounted for, during the day. Sometimes they are buys and somethings sells. Google T-trades to learn more. Quite often if a trade, that looks like a T-trade, but the price is an odd number, it's most likely a cross trade between MMs, because one needs shares. The prices are odd, because they are done commission free.
