Obviously a lot of people got caught up in this stock at higher levels. But at current levels it is a matter of will it survive or not, will there be a reverse split or not etc..

After reviewing everything this is a very interesting situation. It was very slow out of the box but things seem to be rolling along now. Major installations and the India operation has 1,000 units made (assuming these are the solarmills).

The conversion at discounted rates looks awful on the surface but i have to give management high marks for survival skills. And the amount of debt seems to be declining.

Here is how I figure things . It is a high risk situation , probably as high a risk as you can get .

However for a stock that once had 100 million plus in market cap with less results than it has now, less progress than now, to assume it "could" have a 19 million dollar market cap after a few good quarters would mean a stock that is at .0001 could be worth a penny (assuming 1.9 billion shares).

This would in essence turn 400 bucks into 40,000 no? Also the conversions have kept the price artificially low and will continue to do so as the stock being sold is all new stock, yet people are still buying (albeit in small dollar amounts given the price)

Any thoughts?

The real way to go with this would be for a strategic partner to couple an investment of 5-10 million with a huge purchase of stock they would make a fortune and take out the toxic debt and the interest expense related to it.
