Arab Nations announced today that they are willing to 'listen' to options for controlling the production levels of oil.

In other news Saudi Arabia has gone back to being the leading producer for oil sold to China.

These headlines seen on BNN.com this morning.

This is a good sign going forward for the price of oil. The end of low oil $ may now be coming nearer instead of farther.
