Plastic2Oil Inc (PTOI)

For those following along, the chart of Kalobios was very similar to PTOI until the past week or so, a constant decline over several years.

I know there has been a debate regarding whether or not naked shorting of stocks is real or not. While I can't prove it to be the case, KBIO does provide support for the side of those arguing the price of PTOI has been artificially suppressed.

I suppose an announcement of processor sales was made it could result in something similar for PTOI, if in fact the naked short sale theory is valid.

Just a little food for thought both sides of the debate should be aware of.
