From what I gather, the latest hold-up in receiving any news updates involves the disagreement between JJ and his uncle over the transfer of their combined shares to AUYRN. Supposedly, JJ did not consult with Uncle before making his move and now Uncle is upset. It went to the Tribunal down in Chile.
The good news is that a judge will hear arguments and make a decision today on this. This will result in the release of "volumes" of data. "News" in other words.
Sounds pretty simple. Let's roll with it..
