I was informed by someone who knows the SELLER of the land. He said the purchasing entity was a "company" and Dan Hefner's name was listed on it. My guess is it's AFBG but not 100% sure, could be that third entity that all the money seems to flow through. The deposit amount is $40k and it's land formerly owned by CSX. That's what I know.
