I want to point out that in the last 8k, it states...

"On October 26, 2015, Brian Stevendale resigned as a director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. On that same day, John Duggan assumed the title of Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of the Company."

This was AFTER the PR about discussions with Hard Rock, and the PR definitely made it seem like an agreement was imminent. Don't CEO's of companies being taken, merged, etc, usually step down? And it says John Duggan "assumed the title." Hmmmm.... Thoughts?
