Insider might have sold. Maybe the old CFO cashed in on some shares at a guaranteed PPS. Not sure if we'd see that here.

Could be price manipulation too. New CFO worked for 2 companies that got delisted for fraud or investigated by the FBI.

Not sure. Keeping an eye on it though.
