Not the first time JN gave guidance of a 100 million in sales. He threw out that number a year ago as I am sure you remember.

As far as a pump, positive PR's based on facts are not pumps but news.
Example actual sales, new contracts etc.

JN credibility on delivering on things he promises are already shaky, the cell in 2015, 2 acquisitions in 2015. Don't say MD energy his statement about 2 new acquisitions was after the MD Energy was signed.
The hiring of an individual to secure a manufacturing partner.
Pre acquisitions pumping to the shareholders how revolutionary and game changing the cell was, now today hey it was no big deal, SLTD may never even bother to produce it.

He has a history of false pumping.
