I have relied implicitly on management's representation of the company, and while management in times past might have been at a disadvantage not being as technically capable as we all would have liked (e.g, the Blevins & Sheppard era), I have never doubted management's truthfulness. Previous management might have been over-optimistic but has always acted in good faith in my opinion. If I had doubted that I would have never invested in NVEI. With the market crash in tech/telco stocks the company stock has taken a dive. Look around and tell me what telco stock has been unharmed in the last three years. None have. I think the potential turnaround in the tech sector, coupled with NVEI releasing it's innovative broadband technology will have an excellent dovetail and bring about a beautiful gain for all of us.
Ketch at the helm has resolved any doubts as to where we're going. He will deliver.
The total amount of compensation I have received from NVEI was detailed in a previous 10k and that was directly related to a financing package I put together for the company. That's it. For the amount of work, money, sweat, blood, people and tears I've brought into NVEI -- which has helped all of us -- it is a pittance and on top of that my name has been dragged through the mud. It's shameful I even need to explain this in a public forum, but so be it.
