Your post Fred sums up THE reasoning for my posts exactly.How many people came to this stock for those numbers?
None more than likely.Cyto seems to think those filings are great. I believe most investors in this stock...traders or whatever...were reasonably led to beleive the outlook would be much,much more better.Its true these filers are covered behind and protected behind the forward looking statements. I just fail to see how Ball could have been off tarket by so much....and filed the same outlook over and over qtr by qtr k after k....many times if not everytime at least.So he is covered with the forward looking statement. Well, he should have poste long ago his 30 million target outlook or whatever you might call it....was going to miss the mark and then some of the stucks...wouldn't be forced to pump so hard and do dd sheets.I have pointed out the error in that outlook...judge for your selves if this could be a scam or not. AND remember do your own dd right and also,remember....this company has had that evs story 30 million potential,blah blah for years.
Now look at the filings and the numbers posted....what do you think they should be...based on all the filings.BLEAK...DARN RIGHT.
