OrFred, I can't argue with you about facts, they are what they are...FACTS. Glad that is what you want to discuss..facts.

Yes, frustration I can see..and feel. But the issue here and that is being dealt with is not just valid frustration, it is out of line name calling and accusations of lying...yucky stuff.

As for the last quarterly report...you have a point but I don't see you calling people liars as Loss does.If we can drop that nonsense we can get to the real discussion of how things should have been and are now.

SEC filings? Criticize away, disappointing....personal attacks...NO.

The numbers are not what we expected and I sure hope the next filing is better.

I think the CEO made his revenue estimates optimistically, unfortunately I do think he overestimated the market for a million dollar EVS system. Doesn't make him a liar, just makes him wrong about projections.

EVS2 should fill the bill, royalties coming from that as well, confirmed. EVS/SVS will be insurance driven, a standard of operation. EVS2 is cheaper and easier to retrofit, less down time. I see great sales coming and the insurance discounts will drive the installations. If Kollsman has something they can slap on in a short time, less doewn time, it will sell...a million bucks a body after a crash (I do autopsies when I can't avoid it)...insurance will drive this.

Watch and see, I will be right about that.
