Errr, no. They already have a production license for the entire space. They are not waiting on anything and could fill it with plants yesterday if they want. What they are waiting on is a sale license from their own facility, since they currently have to send stuff to Tweed Smith Falls for sale. But they absolutely can grow in all 350,000 sq ft now if they had the demand.
