Obviously, you are fully entitled to make these observations but why are you doing that NOW? Respecting your level of knowledge I assume that what you now perceive as negative is far from new to you. So let me ask what has changed for you that drives you to express these perceived negatives?
Let me be clear, I also would prefer that "Officers are paid to do their job, including negotiating deals, with or without Brokers" but each company has its own policy.
The question is more why did you wait that long to publicly scrutinizing this and express your concern...
That's just an observation, no ill-will from my side...
