This was mentioned somewhere before... but struck me again with your post. The October CAPV PR states "Discussions with Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos." stressing.. "and Casinos."

Well, looks like Sal Island is becoming a "little Las Vegas."

Pitching an idea of an Hard Rock beachfront casino and resort on an up and coming tourist island would be rather appealing, no?

They even have Hilton investing there, proof that it is the real deal. Looks like Hilton wants in on the casino thing too.
