I went through the financial statements and there are only two notes outstanding, one for the attorney for services rendered and one to Eastern Construction & Electric, Inc.. Per the form 4, Vick is the owner of Eastern Construction & Electric, Inc. and his form 4s are for indirect ownership through the company. Further, I have not seen anything else to suggest BLTA has a note for construction on something.

Can you elaborate on this construction loan BLTA has?
