You should be concerned if it were insiders exercising warrants and dumping but otherwise i wouldnt say that these shares being dumped are a likely cause of a small drop in stock price...the pressure is likely from a few investors who hoped there would be great news announced and then got tired of being disappointed again...most drops in the stock price of Itkg have been followed by rallies which is a good sign as long as it lasts
