I disagree and I am being quoted out of context.

The material post that you are referencing is asking another poster why BLTA would need to PR every communication they have.

Thank you for your opinion but I disagree. My DD has shown that BLTA is a development stage company working on becoming a certified part 121 airline currently in Phase III of part 121 certification waiting on a decision from the FAA on their mini evac test. Any investor doing DD on BLTA will find multiple documents from multiple sources that show progress through the certification process to become certified.
