There is no medical "discount". Even states like Colorado have a medical program, and a recreational program which are separate from each other, and often share the same price points. An 1/8th recreational big bud is the same price as an 1/8th of medical big bud. Also, States like California have ONLY a medical program, and there are certainly no discounts here.

As for Nevada, it has outside state reciprocity, so California's medical patients that are used to paying 50-60$ will still be paying 50-60$.
