$LPPI - 10 reasons to buy next week

1) The date for the trial with Outdoor Venture Corp. is 12/01/2015 which very few trading days before potential decision day! This may have moved up to Monday 11/30/2015 too.

2) The OS is very close to 62,000,000 and movement will be much faster than a typical bloated pinky stock.

3) The float has been bought up and I do believe a few groups have grabbed shares for next week.

4) Technical analysis shows that the charts are primed for a move upward. This includes great SMA support at .004 / an ADX that is very close to 20 and rising / RSI that is spiking upward and more.

5) The volume spike from Friday is relatively large considering the average volume is less than 1 million. The last time this went above 3 million in volume was back on August 31, 2015. Also remember the amount of money going in at 3 mil in volume on this stock is much higher than a triple zero stock. At least $15,000 went into $LPPI on Friday of last week.

The Company has completed certain internal unaudited financial information for calendar year 2014, and is in the process of preparing to work with a new auditor to bring its financial reporting current with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Notice that this started on 5/28/2015 and I believe would be planned to coincide with the decision for the law suit.

7) The last 8k also detailed that several evidentiary type hearings have already been completed.
