Good, me too.
There will be no merge/buyout issue now. Otherwise, even with 3B shares, both parties still can come out some solution upon merge or buyout.
I strongly believe that only purpose of RS is to sell more shares and toxic debts. This is not the way to increase shareholder's value, this is for the best interests of insiders' salaries.
