If you were my grandson, I wouldn't be here. My grandsons got me in this.

I have real estate that has been sitting since 2007 fall. I will be selling off some in spring 2016.

I understand that this loss will off set capital gains on property sale.

Maybe I should just "strangle" those grandsons of mine. LOL
