Hmmm...so this suit won't put them out of business. Good! (This will bounce)

A decision in favor of SDVI will hurt them in the pocket big time. It seems that they somehow see this happening hence the damage control.

SDVI is about to have a big payday.
This may run to .02 if news is leaked of a SDVI potential victory.
