They are using backdated floorless and 0.0001 convertible notes issued to DaFoley nominee shell, Royal Capital. They are providing false information to get 144 opinions from the "144 Opinion Letters in 24 Hours No Waiting" Louisiana solo (who may find his ability to practice in securities law impaired soon).
And it is provable, that the funds claimed to have been 'loaned' more that 12 months ago were in fact, NOT.
The Weekly TA Update data and the fake, fraudulent, bogus "10-Q-like" paid ads on OTCMarkets.com detailing the dates and amounts of share issuances to DaFoley and his Royal Capital Group and already in ink (or bit patterns). He's cooked.
Bank records brought down David "B.B." Foley once, and now they will put him away for the Extended Stay program.
This is nott a guess. This is a fact. A fact that will be proven true in time, just like the fact that DaDavey was going to Federal Prison for his prior bank fraud and copyright piracy fraud (selling software to which he did not have a license - and indeed none of his prior companies did either - and some other IP that WAS OR MAY HAVE BEEN legally owed by his prior company but which had been sold to Global VR).
Even when DaDavey and his sycophantic acolytes were so sure he would NEVER serve a day in Federal prison.
Just as then, I can now state with assurance, that David Foley, and possibly Jeff and less possibly Lisa WILL be convicted of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, securities fraud, wire and mail fraud, PROBABLY structuring and money laundering, and CERTAINLY tax evasion.
It is indeed only a matter of time. And that, peeple, is a FACT, just like the fact that DaFoley is sitting in prison right now and has been caught numerous times (only a subset of which he even knows about) breaking prison rules by conducting business activities while in prison.
