Well unless some investor who lost multi-millions, I can think of one, steps forward and claims/proves that what they were told was for the purpose of fraud, than no, they walk. However my guess is it's worth a try. A review of the operations I think will reveal that each time there was money fronted for profit, the Perps gave themselves bonuses and stock options, and then repeated that each time they ran outa money. The hook was Doctor this and Doctor that, and we have patents and secret partners, and blah , blah, blah.
It will require some courage, so don't hold your breath. (It will also require an investor who lost that much to self identify as STUPID!)
