Eric, you and Jay must have some really interesting discussions over family dinners. Have you had any luck convincing him of the folly of his working for PPHM ?

But the question the individual asked is a quite reasonable one. Your "perspective" is very well known.

"Truth" - "Facts" - "Cutting through the BS" - "Balance" - It seems you have your own truth and facts which most here would think bear little relation to the ever growing body of data that would refute just about everything you have to say. But hey, this is America - so you do have a right to your "facts" :)

But your last assertion - "protecting good people from shameless pumpers" should not be part of your job description. We're all adults here - we all understand that biotech is a very risky place in which to invest. And many people here have spent countless hours doing their own extensive DD and after so doing have made the decision to invest in this company.

So thank you very much for your concern, but it is really quite misplaced.

So please, try not to worry about us - if your "facts" are correct, we'll all just have to take our losses and go home and lick our wounds when Bavi fails as you suggest it will.

But whatever happens, we'll all do just fine thank you. And we'll all understand why you gave up trying to "protect us" and left the board to pursue more rewarding opportunities.
