The SS was changed in March, and if blatant dilution was the aim, we'd already be maxed. The only shares diluted thus far since the increase were from conversions. Therefore, why would Asif now, after being incorporated and running this business since day one, choose to do so?
In addition, he owns more common shares than anyone. He's only hurting his own net worth by dropping PPS. I do believe he's made some horrible decisions, so not going to sugarcost it and say he's doing a bang up job, but do feel based on available facts that he'll attempt to restore company value as quickly as possible.
