IF the Unigel operation is profitable, we'll apparently never know for sure. Management seems very determined to keep it a secret, and no amount of shareholder outrage will shame them into SEC filings we have a legal right to expect. The only insider "agenda" that fits this scenario is unwholesome at best. Worst case, it's all too easy to imagine criminal activity.
Wish there was a cost-effective, practical way to force financial reporting through the SEC, a court injunction, or lawsuit.
