NTEK won't even acknowledge questions regarding RCG.

They've been illegally backdating convertible debt and issuing shares. Shares that typically require a 1 year hold, but are being backdated to dates prior to RCG even existing as a company. They are dating debt notes to a company for dates that occurred before said company even existed, it's absolutely criminal.
