Bull, I completely agree. However I would think/hope that before Nate invested so much into a production facility, he would have had some kind of a commitment from a large Box. Even it wasnt a formal contract but something that was a solid indicator that a contract/po was forthcoming.

I can tell you this, I own a decent sized company and do a lot of work in the healthcare ind. It is not uncommon for a customer to accept my proposal verbally and then have it take 2/3 months to actually receive a contract and even with that I cannot begin work without a PO and that can take another month.

Assuming this is the case with a big box and it most likely is, they may not have been willing to accept a proposal from Nate without evidence he could deliver. If this is the case things could still be in the works. I know dealing with huge companies is frustrating and time consuming.
