This are the group that has the nemegosenda nsr and who bought the otto claims. I don't think this is the same group they are in discussions with.

The context is that this site is relatively new. The links only appeared a couple months ago.

I don't recall seeing the company put out a mine plan, so the fact they are working with a preliminary one internally belies tarsands point that the geology is incomplete, as you have to be pretty damned sure where the niobium is to put a mine plan together.

There is also a 14 hole drilling recommendations in that link with the stated purpose of being to achieve a RESERVE estimate.
