The reason they are broke is because they didn't return Annon's calls for almost a year.

If they were honorable people as opposed to thiefs, they could have reached a settlement agreement easily.

I offered few times to buy Annon's debt against shares, but they never return my calls or my attorney's letters.

They should all be locked behind bars for their illegal activities and their breach of fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders
