There's a lot about LLTP I like, but paying 100K (+possibly another 20K), plus 10K (+possibly another 40K) in restricted shares for research coverage is a big red flag to me, especially considering the tight cash position this company has.

I agree there's a lot to like here, but why make your company come across as a sleezy promo?
