There is no "Day's" value. That non- existent "title" is not reflected on the Exchange or the MBC website because it doesn't exist.

Feel free to take the 547.34 as a daily number, i.e. "CURRENT", that's why it's there. The 190.00 is exactly what they say it is- last trade.
