Clarification

Filing a complaint to investigate alleged violations by any company is not going cause bankruptcy.

All I am doing is sending information showing the workings of this company.

I will send copies in sequence.

I will ask if they see what I see.

I can't be sued for being concerned.

Look at their Financials, failure to launch GSL, you seriously think anybody other than the company can be held responsible for their financial instabilities.

By now they should have made a public statement and assured investors that they would welcome and cooperate with any agency looking at their books.

We know they read this board, do you think they will make a statement to help put out the fires.

I think not.

How can they sue anybody and claim that they caused a collapse.

Look at the history on this board as well as fb pages.

Look at past posts here and on fb page, Redg would need a class action suit in order to cover all who are dissatisfied with this company.

When you file complaint, nobody gets any money unless you take it to the next step and use results to try to recoup lost money.

These common stocks are essentially worthless in a collapse.

Preferred stock as Benny and some board members own would be paid first, then we would have to sue them and get judgement -- which is useless -- especially where this is spread over more than one state.

You would go broke trying enforce judgment.

Complaints will let them know that we aren't going to be part of this any more.
