Here is a full accounting.

The 20 licenses listed on the 10Q.

Chicago
Baltimore
New Orleans
New York
Tampa
Detroit
Scoreslive.com
Savannah
Jacksonville
Atlantic City
Scores Licensing corp
Houston
Gary NWI
Harvey
Mooresville
Greenville
Columbus
Providence
New Haven
Palm Springs

10 of them paid the full amount. Gary paid 8K when they should have paid 15K.

Detroit, Mooresville, Houston are the problem children. Paid nothing and owed 30K each. Detroit has already been sued. Houston has been getting away with paying less than they are supposed to but this time paid nothing. Mooresville looks like they have been a problem for a while and might be the next one to be sued.

5 have opened but did not pay this last q. Hopefully the next q should include revs from them. I will list the date of the signed agreement the city of the club and the amount they are supposed to pay.

4/20/15 Greenville(Trophy club) $1,250 per week
6/15/15 Columbus $1,250 per week.
6/17/15 Providence $10,000 per month.
7/24/15 New Haven $5,000 per month
8/31/15 Palm Springs $5,000 per month

$60,000 for the first year which they have already paid. It is showing up on the balance sheet as a liability for deferred revs. It has not been included in the revenue figures yet since they were paid in advance. So we at least know we will get revs from them over the next 4 q's. $3,333 per month for the first 4 months and then 5K per month for the next 8.

Scores licensing corp looks like they pay no revs. I did read they have registered in several different country's so if they ever expand overseas it looks like it would be done through them.

4 Identified as opening soon on the website that have not been mentioned in the filings.

Charlotte 1
Charlotte 2
Hickory
Toledo

One that just opened that has not been mentioned in filings.

Queens N.Y.

So it looks like there may be a total of 25 licensees by the time the next report is filed.

Out of those 10 We know should pay in full as they already have been.
Gary shld pay 15K but I wouldn't be surprised if they pay 8K again.

5 more might make their first appearance. If all 5 do then that would be an extra 85K in revs.

5 more that might make their first appearance in the 1st q 2015. Since Queens is already opened it is possible that they could contribute in the 4th q but I doubt it so I am keeping them in the 1st q 2016 group.

Could see the $117K judgement for Detroit in a future filing as well.

If none of the new clubs pay and none of the deadbeats then the next q shld look about like the one that just happened with the exception of 10K for Palm Springs which has already been paid.

SO likely the bottom should be 260K in 4th q revs. If Gary pays what they are supposed to, Houston, Detroit and Mooresville do as well

Then we are looking at revs of 357K. If all 5 of the new openings pay what they should then revs go up to $432K.

If they receive the judgement against Detroit then revs go to $550K.

Then hopefully 5 more new openings in the 1st q of 2016.

SO I guess revs should be somewhere between $260K and 550k. Might be hearing about a bunch of new openings by then too. Already heard about Queens N.Y.
