Obee, add this point of clarification for VANIS, its a big one! The clarification is related to the statement VANIS made "VitaminFIZZ was always scheduled to be profitable late in year three" with the keyword of "always". When VitaminFIZZ was first put on the street, Level 5 had 55.9% of the VitaminFIZZ proceeds. Now Athena has 99.0% (unofficially), an increase of 43% more. So if VitaminFIZZ "was always scheduled to be profitable" translating to Day 1 and now we realize 43% more revenues and MINE increased from 70.3% of Athena to now over 80%, what is the new projection for VitaminFIZZ profitability?

The current situation for Minerco and its portfolio of companies is that only Avanzar delivers a positive bottom line, but this profit is reinvested in the constant expansion of Avanzar. VitaminFIZZ was always scheduled to be profitable late in year three, and we are just beginning year two. In early summer, even before the VitaminFIZZ negotiation began, we started exploring the possibility of a workhorse brand which will reach profitability in its first year to cover all general and administrative expenses (corporate overhead on all levels). By utilizing our unique advantage of owning our distributor, we were able to identify and secure rights to a brand that matched all of the criteria including: 1.) already developed, 2.) established branding, 3.) cash flow positive in year one, and 4.) easily integrated into our existing infrastructure network.
