IMO Royal Capital Group was hastily set up by David Foley back in March before heading to prison as a means to funnel ntek shares to himself/family. It definitely stinks and the silence from people at NTEK (IR) only furthers the suspicion royal capital group is not a legit investment company but just a dummy corp set up by foley.
