ASK KEN AND JAMES FOR REDUCING THE AUTHORIZED SHARES TO 50 million and then the price before RS will go up to 0.005 USD.

They have done an errow. They know that they don`t need the 500million in future and if all bad things will come true they have always the ability to adjust this further. The 500million possibility has destroyed the share price of IPRE and thereafter financing will become more difficult with bad conditions for the existing shareholders in future.

A simple PR will done the work and the market cap will be 10.000.000 USD. That is fair.
