I think that complaints on the local state (Florida )evel would be good.
For instance, say somebody called Lake County, Florida and tried to start looking into ---of say--- Red Giant in Clermont, Florida----
and Florida couldn't find them anywhere, such as licensed doing business. Then hypothetically a codes enforcedr would pay Red Giant a visit.
That would set off inquiries because they do business in multiple states using phones, interstate computers and communication.
Plus Benny had said in post, Redg through David does international wiring.
All of this combined with SEC letters asking for removal, re phrasing, clarification of claims of target audience etc.
When you put all this together---doesn't look too good.
Just saying if somebody did this complaint. :)
