We'd been flashing the Bat Light up in the night sky for a while now. Needed you to show up! I got a mess of data that ain't exactly incriminating. I'll present it here anyway, doesn't add up to a damn thing. From the SEC's Fails-to-Deliver, Freedom of Information site, pulled out the following data for full month of October

125,996 Fails to Deliver records filtered out, mostly listing every naked short recorded against APDN and our Stony Brook gold panning effort.

For a formulative baseline, These are the top 10 of the month Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc.(POTN) hand the most BIG TEN days, and hanging on well with a ~$20.00PPS. Therapy Cells, Inc. (TCEL), our number one leader seems to be down to nothing. Still listed. Nuff said. These are the Day time total top 10 victims of fails to deliver events.

Here's how our fails-to-deliver events stack up. As expected, 29th was our highest day. Anything over 1000 undelivered transactions is cause for alarm, and minor indicator of naked short sales. In October, most of our trading days exceeded that.
